Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the rebet platform in any capacity, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the rebet platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rebet as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the enforcement of any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.
This platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or of legal age as defined by applicable law in their jurisdiction. Users who register with false information or use the platform for unlawful purposes may face immediate account suspension.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. rebet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including national ID, passport, or relevant documents) at any time to fulfil account verification (KYC) requirements.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Contact rebet's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems.
- Not sharing your account with others or allowing anyone else to use your account.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the rebet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, online banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other major banks), and direct bank transfers. Deposits made via digital methods are typically processed within 1 to 10 minutes.
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method and the user's VIP tier. Current limits can be checked in the account section after logging in.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered under the same name as your rebet profile.
- Any bonus or promotional credits received are subject to the specified rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
- Rebet reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or a breach of terms.
- Withdrawal processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or financial liabilities arising from their use of the rebet platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. rebet does not deduct or remit taxes on behalf of users.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rebet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, identity impersonation, or the use of false information during registration.
- Attempting to exploit system bugs, promotions, or bonuses in an unauthorised manner.
- Use of unauthorised automated software, bots, or third-party scripts.
- Money laundering or any financial activity suspected of being unlawful.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team at [email protected], and should ensure all balances have been withdrawn beforehand.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The rebet platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. rebet makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from technical errors, or be free from external security threats. To the extent permitted by law, rebet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users.
Rebet is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, third-party system disruptions, technical errors beyond the platform's control, or actions taken by users that are contrary to these terms.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the rebet platform — including interface design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of rebet or its relevant licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rebet.
Third-Party Links
The rebet platform may contain links or references to third-party services. rebet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to external links is at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Rebet reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the rebet platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
